RĄPAŁA Law Firm advised the Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne ECI S.A. in the sale of the real estate located in Warsaw's Wawer to Selgros Sp. z o.o. Selgros intends to build a warehouse on the acquired commercial real estate, which will be a part of the nationwide network of wholesale centers "Selgros Cash & Carry".
The transaction was characterized by the complexity of the process of preparing the property for sale, including in particular the plots division proceedings and then the land reparcelling, and in the final stage the abolition of joint ownership with the participation of the companies from the ECI Group.
