RĄPAŁA Law Firm advised TK – BUD Group in a multi-million purchase transaction of the majority stake in Telkom – Telos S.A., a well-known manufacturer of devices for the telecommunications industry, with its registered office in Kraków, from entities related to Manchester Securities Corporations fund with its registered office in New York.
After the transaction was closed, Mr Krzysztof Rąpała was appointed Chairman of Telkom – Telos S.A. Supervisory Board.
